This Policy describes how personal data of users of petrolero.org (the “Site”) is processed and is prepared in line with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of the Russian Federation.

Via contact forms you may submit: name, phone, email, company, city, message text, product of interest.
When you visit the Site we may process technical data: IP address, cookies, browser/device info, visit time, page URL and referrer — as needed for Site operation and (with consent) analytics.
We do not request special categories of personal data and do not knowingly process children’s data.
Handling inquiries and contacting you (advice, product selection, wholesale terms).
Preparing commercial proposals and related communications.
Keeping the Site secure and operational.
Statistics and Site improvement — only with separate analytics cookie consent.
Compliance with applicable Russian law.
Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(1) of 152-FZ), including when submitting forms with a consent checkbox.
Necessity for Site operation regarding strictly essential cookies (UI language, basic security).
Other bases expressly provided by Russian law, where applicable.
By submitting a form on the Site you confirm consent to processing of the personal data you provide for the purposes in this Policy, by ticking the consent checkbox.
Consent is given freely. Forms cannot be submitted without it.
You may withdraw consent by emailing info@petrolero.org. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed lawfully before withdrawal.
Form submissions are kept no longer than needed for business correspondence — typically up to 3 years from the last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law.
Analytics data is retained according to the relevant service settings and your consent.
The controller applies organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
Inquiry data is sent to the controller’s mailbox (info@petrolero.org) and may be stored on the Site server to process requests.
With analytics consent, visit data may be processed by Yandex LLC within Yandex.Metrica.
We do not sell personal data. Sharing with others is limited to what is needed to handle your request, perform a contract, or comply with Russian law.
Where service infrastructure may be outside Russia, cross-border transfer follows 152-FZ requirements and applicable legal bases (including consent).
You may request information about processing, demand correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with Roskomnadzor or a court.
To exercise rights email info@petrolero.org with subject “Personal data”. We respond within the time limits set by Russian law.
The controller may update this Policy. The current version is always at /privacy. Continued use of the Site after updates (where new consent is not required) means you have reviewed the revised Policy.
